PLACING

AN ORDER

Thank you for considering Summer Lilac as your #1 natural skincare choice! Please allow 2-4 days to process your order.  New products and batches being made fresh may require a pre-order.  This will be noted on each individual product page.  Our pre-order schedule is as follows:

  • All orders made Friday 9:15AM to Wednesday 9:00AM MST will ship Friday

  • All orders made Wednesday 9:15AM to Friday 9:00AM MST ship Monday.

AN ORDER

In-stock items will be processed in 2-4 days.  We ship all pre-orders on Mondays & Fridays!  See above for pre-order schedule.

We currently use USPS as our trusted carrier.  All orders over $200 receive FREE SHIPPING.

Each product page has a HOW TO USE section.  We also include a cheat sheet with every order to help you get started with your new product journey.  Should you have further questions, please contact us.  We are happy to help!

Summer Lilac is only available from SummerLilac.com and its respective Etsy shop.  We strongly advise against purchasing our products from any other site including Amazon, Ebay, or other 3rd Party Sellers.  We cannot guarantee its authenticity, freshness, or safety through unauthorized sellers.

RETURN

POLICY

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds.  We will replace any product that is damaged while in transit.  Please allow 24 hours for replacement to be sent. Email summerlilacbeauty@gmail.com your original order number and pictures of the damage.
